No problem!
Madison K Luxe will happily accept unworn, unused and tagged items in their original, sale-able condition. All returns must be received within 7 days of the original delivery date for an EXCHANGE in sizing, accessory product of same origin or no selection in exchange for a STORE CREDIT.
All purchased selections of WHITE CLOTHING may be returned unused, unsoiled, and with no showing signs of wear within 3 DAYS of DELIVERY DATE for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. All tags should be attached with no showing signs of wear.
There will be a restocking FEE of $8 for all items exchanged and shipped. This invoice must be paid in full before your exchange request is processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed. NO REFUNDS!
Exchanges
We suggest that if you need guidance with suggestive sizing during the exchange process, please feel free to email us with those concerns. Exchanges must be made within the timeframe based on the selection purchased. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS! All exchanges will be honored at the current selling price and a store credit will be issued for the remaining value if applicable.
Store Credit
A Store credit will be granted at our discretion for items that are not available at the time of store credit request. All items must be returned in the original sale-able condition to be considered for a store credit. After the inspection of the returned item/s, an email with a credit code will be provided. There will be a 60 day allowance to redeem the credit code.
